Safety

At our organization, safety is our top priority. We take a proactive approach to protecting our athletes by focusing on proper equipment, training, and supervision.

For Football Players:

  • All athletes are required to wear high-quality, properly fitted protective gear.
  • Coaches emphasize safe tackling and falling techniques to reduce the risk of injury.
  • Practices are structured to gradually build endurance and strength, helping players avoid overexertion.
  • Hydration is encouraged throughout all activities to keep players healthy and alert.
  • Coaches are trained to recognize signs of injury and respond quickly and appropriately.

For Cheerleaders:

  • Safety mats and spotters are used during stunts and tumbling.
  • Proper warm-ups and conditioning help prevent strains and sprains.
  • Coaches focus on teaching correct form and technique for all movements.
  • Regular breaks and hydration are built into every practice.

By combining education, preparation, and vigilance, we create a fun and secure environment where young athletes can thrive.
